If you're looking for a quote for prop hire please send us the product names for any props you are interested in, along with quantity needed. Alternatively, if you'd like to speak to us about our Seeker Service then send details of your theme, or items you'd like us to source, and we'll come back to you to discuss in more detail. We promise to respond to all emails within 24 hours.


We are located in Birmingham, but delivery is flexible and a quote is based upon location. We love to see our props travel far and wide, so don't be put off if your event is a little further away.

HIRE INFO

 

PAYMENT:

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% to confirm your Another Story hire order, with the remaining amount to be paid in full 2 weeks before your event's delivery date. 

 

HIRE PERIOD:

As standard we hire out our props for 72 hours, delivering the day before your event and collecting the day after at an agreed time. Unpacking items and repacking items is not included in our service.

 

For an additional fee of £75 we will unpack items once delivered at your location, and style our individual pieces across your venue, repacking items again after use. 

 

SEEKERS SERVICE:

If we don't have what you're after, we can probably find it, so send us a message at hello@anotherstorystudio.com and ask about our Seeker Service; we would be more than thrilled to have a reason to add to our collection. Our Seekers Service cost is quoted by individual projects.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery & collection charges are based on mileage; if you can provide the postcode for your event location we will happily include a delivery quote in response to your hire enquiry. We can also deliver direct to your florist if they would like to prep containers prior to your big day, *this may incur a surcharge if outside the 72 hour hire period. 

 

PACKING & UNPACKING:

We package all of our items as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Unpacking items and repacking items is not included in our service and we ask that you carefully store all Another Story packaging material to repack hire items before collection at the agreed time and place. 

 

You do not have to clean items, but please ensure any food/drink leftovers are removed. 

 

LOST/BROKEN ITEMS:

At the time of placing an order we will ask you to sign a hire contract agreement, which will commit you to paying 4 times the hire cost of an item within 7 days after your event, if a prop is lost or returned to us broken or damaged. Please look after our things, they are very precious to us!

 

Please do not use any of our items outside unless previously agreed with Rachel. If items are stored in a barn or marquee overnight please ensure there are no security issues or risk of water damage.  

 

MINIMUM SPEND:

We have a minimum spend of £50, unfortunately we cannot sway from this and hope that you find a selection of great props to cover this minimum spend. This amount does not include delivery and collection. 

 

LIABILITY:

The hirer assumes all responsibility for Another Story Studio's props following delivery of hire items until collection. Another Story Studio is not liable for any incidents or injuries that occur during the period of time that items are in the hirer's possession.
