Trend watch. One of our favourite themes this wedding season is botanicals, all things green, all things leafy, it's the perfect alternative to floral overload.
We like it's simplicity and the way a singular leafy flourish can bring a whole new freshness to some of our props. Our ceramic ink wells, pots, terrariums, bell jars, vintage botany books and glass bottles are absolutely ideal for this theme, providing those few curiosities to balance the wild romance of your ferns and greenery.
If you're trying to cut back on your spend you can do away with the big floristy budget and use a rich selection of leafy cuttings, craspedia billy balls for a touch of colour, and succulents to give added texture.
Go for miniature succulents as your choice for favours or place settings, and definitely use herbs in table centre pieces to add a whole other layer of scented goodness. Sensory overload!
